Payment methods

Credit card

Our system accepts the most common credit cards, including prepaid cards (Banco Posta) and rechargeable cards, issued exclusively in Italy: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Aura, Discover, American Express. No additional charge will be made for payment by credit card. For Visa and Mastercard credit cards, you must enter the CVV2 code, which is the last 3 digits on the back of the card, otherwise the order will be cancelled. All money transfers are managed by the Paypal circuit, but this does not necessarily imply the use of a Paypal account. It is also possible to pay without registering with this system by selecting the "Pay with card" or "Do not register" button.

Paypal

It is an online payment system that requires opening an account with PayPal. By completing a purchase with this type of payment, a page on the PayPal site will automatically be displayed. On this page, you can log in by entering your email address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new profile/account. After registering, you can make payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing this payment method, the amount is charged directly to your PayPal account, protecting the buyer's information. For each transaction made with this method, a confirmation email will be sent directly from the PayPal system. The amount of the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition, and the amount is refunded to the same account in the event of cancellation.

Bank transfer

Once the online order has been completed by choosing this payment method, it is necessary to follow the following procedure: The reason for the bank transfer must contain: the number and date of the order or the name and surname of the person placing the order. Once the transfer has been made, how long do you have to wait? Banking practice requires that the transfer be credited to the beneficiary's current account (NonSoloCarta s.r.l. ) within 1/3 working days of its execution. To these days must be added the days between the date of placing the order and the date on which the Customer will arrange the bank transfer. The ordered goods will be shipped only when the total amount of the order is credited to the NON SOLO CARTA current account
ATTENTION After 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order without NON SOLO CARTA having received the credit of the bank transfer, we will cancel the order.
