When using for the first time, the wax may take up to 5 hours to heat up and begin flowing properly.

Do not touch any part of the lava lamp when it is on or off. The lamp uses high temperatures to operate.

Do not shake when the wax is still hot to avoid ruining the lava effect of the lamp.
