Glazing Medium is a colorless medium that can be mixed with oil colors to improve the flow of the paint.

Increases the gloss, transparency and durability of the paint film. It can be diluted with water and does not affect the drying time of the paint. It yellows slightly.

The amount added affects the degree of transparency. This technique, which consists of applying layers of colored and transparent paint without the brush stroke being visible, is called glazing. Glazes are very greasy and should only be applied in the final layers of the painting.
